Road Work Next Week Will Periodically Shut Down Sections of Ferry Road
On Monday, April 18, 2022, Stafford County Utilities will begin working on installing a water main on Ferry Road at the intersections of Wakefield Avenue, Randolph Road and Pendleton Road. Details are as follows:
Monday, April 18, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Single lane closures along Ferry Road between Mt. Vernon Avenue and Swan Drive to allow for preliminary work
April 19, April 20 and April 21, 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. - Ferry, Road will be closed to thru traffic from King’s Highway to White Oak Road, with only local traffic allowed. A detour will be established along Kings Highway, Cool Springs Road and White Oak Road. The detour is planned to be removed by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22.
