- Extends from the intersection with Chadwick Drive (SR-766) to 0.4 miles north of the intersection with Chadwick Drive
- Project length of 0.4 miles
- Provides wider travel lanes
- Paved asphalt concrete surface
- Improvements to drainage with curb & gutter
- Dedicated right turn lane to serve the new Anne E. Moncure Elementary School
- Safer roadway for the traveling public & school buses
