Meetings 

Technical Review Committee (TRC) meetings are intended to facilitate better coordination during the project review and approval process. They are no longer required and are scheduled by request.


Please contact your project manager or planning@staffordcountyva.gov to schedule a TRC meeting to discuss first review comments with reviewers.

Overview

The committee consists of governmental agency representatives with the responsibility of the technical review of subdivision plans and site plans. TRC meetings are held to obtain input from various state and county agencies regarding specific projects.

NOTE:  Agendas prior to year 2016 are stored in the county's Archive Center.
