MeetingsTechnical Review Committee (TRC) meetings are intended to facilitate better coordination during the project review and approval process. They are no longer required and are scheduled by request.
Please contact your project manager or email@example.com to schedule a TRC meeting to discuss first review comments with reviewers.

The committee consists of governmental agency representatives with the responsibility of the technical review of subdivision plans and site plans. TRC meetings are held to obtain input from various state and county agencies regarding specific projects.
The TRC agencies include:
- Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management
- Department of Planning and Zoning
- Department of Development Services
- Department of Utilities
- Planning Commission
- Transportation Division
- Environmental Health
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- Virginia Department of Transportation
