Youth Sport Leagues

Field Hockey League
Ages 6-8 and 9-11
Get ready to learn the proper stick skills of dribbling, passing, receiving, scoring and defense. Practice teamwork and create new friendships. Participate to become a future hockey player in your middle and high school! Our goal is to get “sticks in hand” practicing the skills to become a great field hockey player. Games will be double headers on Sunday afternoons.

Youth Volleyball League
Ages 9-17
Spring (Feb. registration) & Fall (Jun. registration)
Age brackets will be 9-11,12-13,14-17. Practices and games will be held in Stafford County. Cost is $70

Youth NFL Flag Football League
Ages 5-17
We have partnered with NFL Flag to provide our co-ed Youth Flag Football League. The season will consist of a 7 game schedule, followed by a post season championship/final standing game. Teams will have 2 events per week which could be any days Monday-Saturday at Embrey Mill Park or Smith Lake Park.

The season is from Late-August through mid-November, and all games will be played in Stafford County.  There will be an end of season cheerleading showcase performance prior to the NFL Flag Football Championships. Volunteer Cheer coaches are needed to support this program. Registration fee includes your pom-poms, shell top, long-sleeved body suit, skirt, & briefs.
To register: cheerleaders must come to the Courthouse Community Center, located at 29 Stafford Ave., to be fitted for their uniform, Monday thru Friday 8am – 4:15pm.  Cost is $90.
