Community Partners

Community partners represent those community groups funded by the county to help reduce service costs through leveraging scarce resources with other funding sources. These partners often fill the gap when citizens do not meet the eligibility of services provided by the County that are federally and state mandated. Community Partners provide the needed support for our citizens who are struggling to be successful.

How to Submit an Agency Request

Stafford County uses E-Cimpact for agencies to request local government support. This is a cloud-based application for use across the region among the five localities.

Request Priorities (5 Topic Areas)

  1. Services meet needs of vulnerable at-risk populations.
  2. The organization collaborates and partners with other community efforts to avoid duplication of services; has realistic and diverse sources of revenue. Significant representation of Stafford citizens is targeted and provided services.
  3. Tracks data within a systems-based approach that includes comparisons from year to year.
  4. The program has clearly defined outcomes that are realistic, attainable, and measurable.
