June 20, 2018, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Rowser Building
The Senior Council is a group of volunteers who have been elected by their peers. Their purpose is to advise Parks and Recreation Staff on programming ideas, act as liaisons between senior citizens and the department, and serve their fellow senior citizens in providing additional activities and services. The Council meets the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Rowser Complex. Non-Council members are welcome to attend the meetings. Volunteer council members are needed; please call (540) 658-5116 if you are interested in volunteering.
