This Project includes, but not limited to, the improvement of approximately 825 feet of Poplar Road (SR-616) starting just south of the intersection with Mountain View Road (SR-627) and continuing 600 feet past the intersection with Cedar Hill (private).  This Project will be construction in accordance with VDOT's 2016 Road and Bridge Specifications and 2016 Road and Bridge Standards.
