The project will be scheduled to be completed in two (2) phases.  Phase One is for Repair Interior Finishes - A.G. Wright Middle School and can be started no earlier than June 18, 2018, but must be substantially completed by August 17, 2018 with final completion by September 21, 2018.  Phase Two is for Repair Interior Finishes - Garrisonville Elementary School and can be started no earlier than June, 17, 2019, but must be substantially completed by August 16, 2019 with final completion by September 20, 2019.  

The project will also include the following Bid Additives:

Additive # 1: Demolition and replacement of all existing casework.
Additive # 2: Re-surface the folding partition in the Cafeteria.
Additive # 3: Demolition and re-design of the existing Clinic.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at A.G. Wright Middle School/Garrisonville Elementary School, 100 Wood Drive, Stafford, VA 22554 at 10:00 AM, local prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.  Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.  Call (540) 658-6540 if directions are needed.
