Emergency Medical Dispatch Software and Emergency Fire Dispatch Software for the Stafford County fire and Rescue Department

The work to be performed under this contract consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a computer based call processing system for the receiving and categorization of both fire suppression and emergency medical services incidents for the eight (8) Stafford County Emergency Communication's Center work stations.  The successful offeror shall be responsible for all software installation, staff training, technical support, and all necessary measures to ensure an installed and working system.
