Construction of the Ebenezer Church Sewage Pump Station for the Stafford County Department of Utilities

THIS IS A RE-BID OF BID #821163

The project includes, but not limited to, the construction of a new Sewage Pump Station (SPS) and the demolition of the existing SPS at the same location.  A service line will be constructed between the existing waterline and the SPS.  The Project is located about 350 feet northwest of the intersection of Onville Road and Ebenezer Road, on Onville Road.  In addition to the SPS and the waterline improvements, the project will include, electrical, mechanical, approximately 0.11 acres of site clearing and grading, chain link fencing, landscaping, and all erosion control, drainage improvements, restoration, and appurtenances.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Owner’s Aquia Regional Waste Water Treatment Facility, 71 Coal Landing Road, Stafford, VA 22554.
