Construction of the Ebenezer Church Sewage Pump Station Project

The project includes, but not limited to, the constructing a new Sewage Pump Station (SPS) and the demolition of the existing Sewage Pump Station at the same location.  A service line will be constructed between the existing waterline and the SPS.  The Project is located about 350 feet northwest of the intersection of Onville Road and Ebenezer Road, on Onville Road.  In addition to the SPS and the waterline improvements, the project will include, electrical, mechanical, approximately 0.11 acres of site clearing and grading, chain link fencing, landscaping, and all erosion control, drainage improvements, restoration, and appurtenances.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at Aquia Regional Waste Water Treatment Facility, 71 Coal Landing Road, Stafford, VA 22554.  Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference by prospective Bidders is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
