This projects consists of, but not limited to, all supervision, labor, equipment, fuel, materials, and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements of the plans and specifications stated within. The Work will generally include grading, storm sewer drainage system, utilities, irrigation, site lighting, parking, sidewalks, restroom building, and site stabilization.
