Construction of the Closure of Cells B/C/D, VDEQ Permit 589 for the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Board (R-Board)

The work generally consists of the construction of a lined solid waste disposal unit, to include, but not limited to the following:  establishment and maintenance of erosion and sediment control for construction period, site grubbing and stripping; as needed, earthwork including cut and fill grading to achieve desired prepared subgrade elevations, composite closure system, permanent erosion and sediment control devices and appurtenances; and restoration of disturbed areas.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) Stafford Landfill located at 489 Eskimo Hill Road, Stafford, VA  22554, at 10:00 A.M., local prevailing time, on, Tuesday, May 24, 2016 with a site visit to follow.  Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.
