Construction of the Stafford County Animal Shelter Infrastructure Improvements for the Stafford County Department of Public Works

This project includes, but not limited to, clearing and grading of 5.65 Acres of wooded parcel (Lease Area is 5.82 Acres within County owned 38.6092 Acre Parcel), design and construction of a segmental block wall measuring 348 linear feet and variable stepped height, and the construction of a sediment/stormwater management basin and related drainage improvements to control drainage across the site.  Work is in preparation of future County Animal Shelter to be advertised and awarded as a separate contract.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site adjacent to 195 Wyche Road, Stafford, Virginia.  We will meet at the south end of Wyche Road at
10:00 A.M., local prevailing time, on Friday, April 15, 2016.  Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.
