Improve Water at Hartwood Elementary School for Stafford County Public Schools

This project consists of, but not limited to, demolition of the existing water treatment buildings, construction of a new 20 ft. x 12 ft. x 8 ft. pre-cast concrete water treatment building; re-installation of parts of the pre-existing water treatment equipment and new appurtenances and start-up of the water treatment systems. 

Additive Bid Item 1: Drain, clean and disinfect the existing concrete water storage reservoirs and the existing pressure tank.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Hartwood Elementary School, 14 Shackelford’s Well Road, Fredericksburg, VA  22406 4:00 PM, local prevailing time, on Monday, April 11, 2016.  Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.  Call (540) 658-6540 if directions are needed.
