Construction of the Embrey Mill Athletic Fields - Phase 2 for the Stafford County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities

The project consists of, but not limited to, providing all supervision, labor, equipment, fuel, materials, and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements of the plans and specifications.  The work will generally include grading, storm sewer drainage system, utilities, natural grass rectangular athletic fields, irrigation, site lighting, parking, sidewalks, concession and restroom buildings, and site stabilization. 

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers located in the Stafford County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554 at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 2, 2014.  Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.
