This Project proposes to construct two 13' lanes with graded shoulders adjacent to existing Poplar Road.  Construction will add a right turn lane at the intersection of Warrenton Road/US 17, improve the existing right turn on north bound US 17, and improve both left turn lanes on US 17.  The Project also includes the construction of necessary storm sewer and SWM/BMP facilities to provide drainage for the reconstructed roadway, and modification to the existing signal at the intersection of Poplar Road and US 17.
