The Project is described as the installation of a step pool structure, with appurtenant boulder structures, toe protection and vegetated geogrid stabilization to include day lighting  of one barrel of an existing box culvert, along with appurtenant, landscaping, ecological improvements, plant, stabilization and other minor site improvements.
