Professional Environmental Services for Landfill Monitoring and Maintenance for the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board)

The Contractor is to provide all landfill gas monitoring services and maintenance of the landfill gas collection system.  Services to include, but not limited to:  monthly monitoring of the landfill gas extraction well system and candlestick flare, adjusting the landfill gas collection system as required, quarterly emissions monitoring of the surface of the landfill, and required reporting on these activities. 

A Pre-Proposal Conference with a site visit to follow will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the R-Board Administrative Office, 1259 Courthouse Rd, Suite 103, Stafford, VA
