Construction of the Stafford County Courthouse Area Enhancement Project -   Phase IA

The project begins at the Stafford Courthouse near the intersection of US 1 and Courthouse Road (Rt. 630) and extends north to Hope Road.

The enhancement project proposes to include:  sidewalks (brick and/or paver), lighting, landscaping (street trees), a pedestrian plaza, retaining and landscape walls, and other associated improvements.  This project also includes the demolition to existing sidewalks and construction of necessary storm drainage facilities. 

Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 7, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Activities Room of the George L. Gordon Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA
