This project includes, but not limited to, providing limited HVAC modifications to include replacement of selected cooling coils, replacement of selected chilled water (CHW) valves, relocation of one control valve, modification of limited ductwork, addition of a duct heater and associated controls, replacement of air handler unit (AHU) motor and variable frequency drive (VFD), and other system(s) as described in the Bid Documents.
