The Vision and Values Tour 2019 commences on July 29 and runs through September 25! Stafford’s new Vision and Values were developed from your responses to the Employee Climate Survey. These are the values identified from that survey as being relevant to you. Members of the Executive Leadership Team have been working for months to encapsulate those priorities into a vision and values statement. Over the last few months, the Executive Leadership Team shared the draft vision and values to gather some more input. After collecting that feedback, you will see how those responses have been integrated into a Vision and Values program over the next few weeks.
Members of the Executive Leadership Team will also be visiting every department to discuss the Vision and Values and to take any questions employees may have about them. Each week, employees will receive a communication from County Administrator Tom Foley highlighting the week’s selected value and discuss what it means. Additionally, we will recognize employees each week that exemplifies that particular value. The purpose of all this is to integrate these values into our daily working lives as we move forward together. Stay tuned for more info!
