qualified voters to participate in upcoming elections even though they may not be able to go to the polls on election day. Annual Absentee Ballot Application form, or the
Federal Post Card Application Form from this web site, or you may request that the desired form be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you anywhere in the world. After downloading the application form:
- Print the form
- Read the instructions accompanying the form
- Fill out the requested information on the form carefully
- Sign the form
- Fax, mail or e-mail the completed application to be received by the Voter Registrar by the Tuesday before election day to receive your ballot by mail
