1. RC18152389; Reclassification – Cherryview Landing 

A proposed zoning reclassification from the R-1, Suburban Residential Zoning District to the R-3, Urban Residential Zoning District to allow for the development of 71 townhouse dwellings on Tax Map Parcel Nos. 45-35C, 45-35D, 45-35-E and 53-1D. The property consists of 10.27 acres, located at the southeast intersection of Musselman Road and Krieger Lane, within the George Washington Election District.

A proposed zoning reclassification from the A-1, Agricultural Zoning District to the R-5, Age-Restricted Housing Zoning District and B-3, Office Zoning District to allow for the development of up to 136 age-restricted multifamily dwelling units and 11,000 square feet of office space on Tax Map Parcel Nos. 54-79, 54-79A, 54-80, 54-80A, and 54-81.  The property consists of 7.12 acres, located on the south side of Kings Highway and north side of Naomi Road, within the George Washington Election District.  This project is subject to a concurrent request for a conditional use permit.
