A proposed zoning reclassification from the A-1, Agricultural Zoning District to the B-2, Urban Commercial Zoning District on Tax Map Parcel Nos. 38-76, 38-76A, 38-76C, 38-76E, 38-76F, 38-76G, and 38-76H.  The property consists of 49.57 acres and is located on the west side of Wyche Road, approximately 1,500 feet south of Venture Drive, within the Hartwood Election District. A portion of the property is subject to a concurrent request for a conditional use permit to allow a storage warehouse.
