Structure


The Finance & Budget Department is responsible for the fiscal needs of the County of Stafford through five divisions:
  • Accounting - Provides financial management for all County funds
  • Budget - Provides for the development of operating and capital budgets for the County
  • Purchasing - Provides centralized purchasing options for the County
  • Risk Management - responsible for securing insurance for all property, liability and vehicles
  • Records Management & Storeroom - retains and destroys public records in compliance with the Virginia Public Records Act
